Vodafone | Immersive AR Flyer

Making Building Connectivity 4.0 Tangible Through Mobile Augmented Reality

To showcase Building Connectivity 4.0 in the real estate segment, Vodafone introduced a new way to experience property information — not in print, but in 3D. Through a mobile AR journey triggered directly from a flyer, users could explore a digital apartment building right on their phones — interactive, informative, and accessible anywhere.

A Mobile AR Flyer That Unlocks 3D Models with Interactive Hotspots

We developed a web-based AR application that transforms a simple flyer into a 3D experience. By scanning a QR code, users launched an interface that walked them through every step: from motion permissions to scanning the flyer and viewing the digital model. A full 3D building appears in the user's environment, with hotspots enabling interaction and pop-ups that reveal additional information — including external links via CTA buttons. Users could rotate the model, explore different sections, and trigger detailed content layers — all through an intuitive mobile interface, built for speed and simplicity.

Turning Static Print into a Dynamic Property Experience

A printed touchpoint became a gateway to a digital experience — bringing complex tech topics to life in a way that’s tangible, visual, and easy to explore. The AR flyer turned passive interest into active engagement, showing how real estate and connectivity can be understood at a glance — and from every angle.
