Building an Interactive Immersive Brand Presence at OMR 2024

For Vodafone’s Booth at the heart of OMR 2024, we developed a set of immersive brand moments surrounding their product portfolio that stood out in the middle of the festival buzz. In partnership with Recordbay, we brought tech, interactivity, and storytelling together in three distinct immersive experiences — designed to present their products catch eyes and spark curiosity.

Combining Magic Mirror, Transparent LED, and AR into a Unified Experience

We crafted a multi-sensory brand zone made to stand out — each element designed to surprise on first glance and invite deeper engagement on second look.  We realized three immersive experiences that seamlessly blended technology, storytelling, and interaction:

1. The Magic Mirror
As the centerpiece of the Vodafone booth, a giant Magic Mirror installation invited visitors onto a red stage where they could see themselves transformed in real time. Using gesture tracking, people activated special effects and dynamic animations, creating a playful and highly shareable moment that combined entertainment with brand identity.

2. The Transparent LED Foil
A semi-transparent LED installation showcased the Vodafone Soundbox in rich, immersive 3D content. Designed for high visibility in busy environments like event spaces and storefronts, this layer added visual depth and futuristic flair — bringing Vodafone’s audio product to life through motion, light, and spatial integration.

3. The Web-Based AR Experience
To extend the Soundbox storytelling beyond the booth, we developed an app-free, browser-based AR experience activated via a custom AI-generated 3D QR code. When scanned, the Soundbox appeared in augmented reality — rising up from the code and revealing an immersive sound experience that users could explore from any angle.
